To unlock this achievement you need to reach the Halgita Empress's throne room in under 3 minutes.
You will have a timer at the top of the screen when you enter the city of Halgita. Run forward until you reach the door, then turn right. Follow the spiral corridor around until you reach the stairs, follow the stairs to the top. Do not stop to fight monsters on the way up. Map out the castle before this event so the way to the throne room is understood.
